He/she must be someone who can stand up for your rights in court and get the best settlement possible. You might want someone with a bedside manner or you might want a legal whiz. In any case, it must be someone you can trust. Follow these tips when choosing a good divorce lawyer:
- Make certain the attorney specializes in family law. Do not use the same attorney as your husband as that would be a conflict of interest, and you would not be best represented.
